I first found acupuncture at 16 years old and was amazed at how the tiny needles and herbal remedies were so effective at treating my symptoms. As someone who’s gone through their own health struggles, it was empowering to hear how I could help myself feel better through consistent acupuncture treatments and changes in diet, lifestyle and thinking.
I loved acupuncture so much that, with support from my family and mentor Dr. Danica Thornberry, I decided to change careers entirely and go back to school to learn how to provide this service to others. I’m honored to do this kind of work and love when a patient gets off the treatment table and feels like they’ve had a deep rest — something I don’t think we get enough of in our busy day-to-day lives.
I’ve been told that I have a calm, grounding energy, and one of my gifts is being a present and active listener. My intention is to create a space where you feel safe to talk freely about what’s coming up for you, and get results.
I currently live in Scottsdale with my husband David and our dogs Dolly (a Great Pyrenees mix) and Izzy (a shepherd mix). On my days off you can find me sitting in the stands at a hockey game (go Coyotes), vintage and thrift store treasure hunting, or rollerblading through the neighborhood.
I’m drawn to women’s health, fertility, emotional wellbeing and holistic beauty. If you’re seeking support for any of these areas of your life, I’d love to hear from you!
